Our Concrete Lifting and Leveling Process
Concrete lifting and leveling is a fast, cost-effective process used to raise sunken or uneven concrete back to its original position without replacement. By injecting specialized polyurethane foam beneath the surface, we fill voids, stabilize the soil, and lift the concrete evenly and precisely with minimal disruption.
Step 1: Drill Small Injection Holes
We drill small, penny-sized holes in the affected concrete slab at carefully selected locations.
Step 2: Inject High-Density Polyurethane Foam
Specialized polyurethane foam is injected beneath the concrete. As the foam expands, it fills empty spaces and stabilizes the soil below.
Step 3: Lift and Level the Concrete
The expanding foam gently raises the concrete back to its proper position, creating a safe and even surface.
Step 4: Patch and Finish
Once the slab is fully leveled, the holes are patched and sealed, leaving a clean finished appearance.
